Chocolate Cake recipe

We know sometimes you crave cake but we know you are also on a healthy diet, sometimes we need a cheat day or two. Just a piece or two of this cake is okay on your cheat day. Is it your birthday? Or you are just craving chocolate cake? Here is a sinful chocolate cupcake recipe for you to indulge in your cravings. 


1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour

1 ¾  cup light brown sugar

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 Eggs

1 cup buttermilk/sour milk

1 cup water or coffee

½ cup Mamador Vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Frosting:

8oz cream cheese

½ cup (i stick) Mamador spread.  

3 ½  cup powdered sugar

2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Step 1

Pour all the dry ingredients; all-purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a dry bowl mix and set aside.

Step 2

Pour all the wet ingredients; Eggs, Oil, buttermilk and warm water mix and set aside.

Step 3

Combine both wet and mix ingredients; pour the dry mixed ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.

Step 4

Get your muffin tins and spray your nonstick spray into it or use muffin tin liners to avoid sticking.

Transfer mixture into the tins and put it into the oven to bake at 350 degrees F/175 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

Get a bowl pour in your cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar into your mixer and mix until smooth then spread on your cake.

There you go your sinful chocolate cake is made and ready to eat.
