Thinking of dinner as a refuelling process for your body helps you to consciously select and decide on the right kinds of meals to have in the evenings. Meals with a proper blend of protein, carbohydrates and amino acids help to ensure the body’s glucose levels are balanced. They also set  you in the right mood for restful sleep. Sounds interesting? Well, here are a few ideas for healthy dinners you could try out from here on out:

1. Fish Curry:

Fish Curry is a delicious mix of fish, curry and vegetables, spiced to taste. It is easy to prepare and goes really well with rice or potatoes. It can also be enjoyed with cooked yam or plantain.

This mushroom and chicken stir-fry is quick, simple, delicious, fresh and versatile too. If you have some chicken, mushrooms and fresh veggies you can whip up this dish in no time.
